I'm Michael Baecht — the only CrossFit Level 3 trainer in Grayson County, a Masters 55-59 competitor, and a coach at CrossFit Barbell Republic in downtown Denison. I've been in the gym since 2016 and on the coaching floor since 2019, and I'm still chasing the next credential and the next PR like everyone else.

Ten years on the Denison City Council, volunteer crew at the CrossFit Games, and a family business that's been serving Texoma for decades.
